How do I sign up for The Syllabus?

How much does the subscription to The Syllabus cost?
The standard subscription rate is €12 per month or €120 per year.
Can I give a gift subscription to The Syllabus?
Yes, please drop us a quick email.
What if I can't afford a subscription?
If you cannot afford the monthly subscription, please get in touch with us and we’ll help you out.
Do you have lifetime subscriptions?
Not yet! But we do have annual subscriptions and the more financially substantial supporter options. So if you'd prefer a lifetime subscription, please get in touch.
Do you have a free trial?
Yes, our free trial period is 15 days. You will get full access to all of The Syllabus. You may cancel anytime within that period, and you will not be charged a thing. We will also send you a simple reminder a few days before your free trial expires.
Do you have other payment options not listed on your subscription page?
We use Stripe for the payment back-end. It was the best option among the many (unimpressive) ones, but it has limitations.
We can accept Paypal, but you will need to get in touch with us to activate the option. Note that on mobile, you can also pay with Apple Pay.
Do you accept Paypal?
Yes, we do. Please email us at admin at the syllabus dot com for details. We can only accept annual subscriptions, however, via Paypal.
How do I set up a personalised syllabus?
Once you've signed up, you can create a personalised syllabus by entering your preferences for languages, topics, content type, authors, and publications here. You can change these preferences at any time.
When will I receive my syllabi?
We publish all of our different syllabi once a week, on Mondays. You will receive an email once the newest editions are ready.

How do I change my email address?
Create a new account with your new email address. If you'd like to transfer your preferences from your old account to your new account, send us an email at admin at the-syllabus dot com mentioning both old and new addresses.
